The i3 platform operates as a multi-tenant SaaS ecosystem supporting numerous organisations, each with their own users, subscriptions, and content requirements. As the platform scaled, the need for a centralised administrative interface became critical.

Problem Definition
Without a unified administrative interface, platform administrators faced fragmented workflows and inefficient management processes that hindered scalability and operational efficiency.

The Bottom Line

The i3 Super Admin UI was developed to address these pain points through a unified, intuitive interface that consolidates all administrative functions into a single, powerful platform.
